Yesterday, a man named Govinda Das filmed a video of a Hindu house being vandalized. He was later arrested by the police. When Bipra and Sabuj went to the scene on a motorbike to observe the situation, they were also detained by the army. Sabuj was released as he was working in the fire service, but Bipra is still detained.
The attached photo shows Bipra being detained in an army vehicle. It clearly an example of human rights violation.
